TCF names new chief credit officer
TCF Financial Corp.[5] named former State Farm Bank executive Mark Bagley[6] its chief credit officer Wednesday.
Bagley was chief credit officer for Bloomington, Ill.-based State Farm Bank and previously held senior positions at companies such as U.S. Bancorp[7] and Toyota Financial Services[8].
Bagley will oversee credit policy and administration for Wayzata-based TCF Financial (NYSE: TCB).
The bank's previous chief credit officer was Tim Bailey, who was last on a company earnings call in July 2011. He was named to the position in 2009; before that, he was president and CEO of TCF Bank, the parent company's banking unit.
It's not clear how long the position was vacant. A TCF spokesperson could not be reached for comment.
TCF also on Wednesday promoted Guy Rau[9] to executive vice president—national manager, commercial and industrial banking, and named Gloria Charley[10] its senior vice president and director of talent management.
