Anna Miura-Ko[1] co-founded the VC firm, Floodgate, which specializes in early stage venture capital investments in startups, and currently sits on the boards of ModCloth, Refinery29, Chloe + Isabel, Wanelo, Zimride, Ayasdi, Inscopix and CSS.
She teaches High-Tech Entrepreneurship with Steve Blank[2].
Prior to her becoming an entrepreneur, she was part of a five-person robotics team at Yale University team that designed four robots to autonomously play soccer, which competed at the RoboCup competition in Paris.
