National mortgage rates moved lower this week, according to Freddie Mac.

After being little changed for the past month, long-term mortgage rates moved lower this week, the Washington Business Journal reports[4].

Freddie Mac's[5] (OTCBB:FMNC) weekly rate report shows that 30-year fixed-rate mortgages averaged 3.51 percent in the week ending Feb. 28, down from 3.56 percent last week. A 15-year fix averaged 2.76 percent, dipping from 2.77 percent last week.
